Denver, CO- New York Knicks Forward Carmelo Anthony has been dealing with an ailing knee for approximately two weeks and has missed 3 games in the process. On Monday, Melo stated that teh team doctors could not tell him what exactly was the issue with the knee. Today, Melo is remaining quiet. As per a tweet from Marc Berman of the NY Post that was retweeted by Alan Hahn of ESPN, during the morning shoot around, Melo did not talk to the media. Instead reports were that he was in with trainers getting treatment. we do know that he won’t need any type of surgery but we don’t know what the exact ailment is. This may be where Mike Woodson has to really consider resting Melo for a playoff run and maybe not worry too much about seeding.
